Welcome to the Extra Life section on the Pink Day in LA website!
"What's Extra Life," you ask? Well, Extra Life is a 24-hour gaming marathon where participants are asked to go around and gather up donations and pledges to be donated towards a local Children's Miracle Network hospital, all of which go towards the hospital!. You can read up on the origin of this great event on the Extra Life blog.
This year, it takes place on October 16th, which falls on the same day as Pink Day in LA! So, we thought we would bring the two together and help out with a double dose of feel-good! So, on the day of Pink Day in LA, members of the Gaming World Entertainment Network team will participate in a 24-hour marathon for their local Children's Miracle Network hospitals!
It's never too late to donate to either cause, but if you want to donate towards Extra Life, head to GW-EN's team page and select a gamer to donate to! Pick any one, as mentioned, all donations go 100% towards the participant's Children's Miracle Network hospital. Everyone will win!
